About 2 weeks into this project, I took a picture of gas prices so I could compare with what they were a year later.  In the first picture it was 4.35 and then mid-way through the year it was 4.65.  3.99 seems almost cheap.

In March, when gas was $4.35 a gallon, I took a picture to use as comparison as the year progressed.  It has gone up 30 cents a gallon since then (and this posting is 2 cents down from what it was two days ago).  In San Rafael yesterday it was $4.99.

I decided to take this picture today, so I can look at it in a year and see if the price looks high...or low...to me!
